We wish you a pleasant stay at Lykia Hotels. We would like to inform you that our facility guarantees the safety of you and our staff with the necessary security measures implemented by the World Health Organization against COVID-19.


Please note that there may be some variation in health requirements in different countries. You may also see some differences in services and facilities on the web page, we would like to remind you that this is only done with your complete safety in mind. By booking a stay at Lykia Hotels, you agree that some of the hotel's services or amenities may differ from those described on the website.


Incoming Person Registration (Check-in) Procedure

  • The use of disinfectant gel is provided at the entrance of the hotel. The reception area is completely disinfected and our personnel comply with all security measures. During the registration of the incoming person, as part of the health and safety requirements, we ask you to give us your HEPP code, mobile phone number and e-mail address. This information is needed when we need to contact you at any point. It is obligatory to wear a face mask in the reception area.


Disinfecting the Hotel and Other Facilities

  • Common areas and all areas visited by guests, staff and suppliers are regularly cleaned and disinfected throughout the day.


Guest Areas

  • Disinfectant gel has been placed in all frequently used areas for guests. Elevators, handles and handrails are regularly disinfected. Elevators can only be used by 1 person at a time or by our guests who spend their stay together. Shared bathrooms are regularly disinfected and cleaned.

  • In order to respect social distance, the capacities in the pool area have been reduced. The pool will be open between 10.00 and 18.00, as longer hours may be needed for sunbathing. The sun loungers are positioned in accordance with the health regulations. The pool staff uses disinfectant gel regularly and will help ensure the safety of the guests. Chlorine levels will be checked frequently to ensure it is in perfect condition for our guests.

Restaurant 1

  • Disinfectant gel is always provided at the entrance of the restaurant or dining area. The cleaning of all dining areas, doors and contact points that guests and staff come into contact with has been increased. A new seating arrangement has been provided to ensure social distance. All tables and chairs are disinfected after use. service areas.


Restaurant 2

  • To ensure social distancing, the time allotted for dining areas must be observed during check-in. A face mask is mandatory when entering the dining areas.
